Compliance Letter

A compliance letter request is typically made during mortgage renewals and property sales. It offers information on the Official Plan and zoning for the property, comments on any open building permits, septic permits and may comment on other matters such as subdivision and site plan agreement compliance (if requested).

A rush response (24 hour response during business days) for a compliance letter is $227.

Compliance letter requests and their associated payment can be made by using our Building and Zoning Compliance submission form or submitted by regular mail.
